The beautiful city of Lucca, Italy provides Studio Borgo artists and students with two days of drawing, painting and touring famous landmarks throughout the city.

There will be visits to see masterpieces of art and architecture such as Piazza Anfiteatro (photo left), the Church of San Michele and the Basilica of San Frediano.

Our artist workshop profoundly connects you to the art, architecture and history of Italy by conducting classes at storied locations such as Palazzo Pfanner, the ancient walls of Lucca and the incredible 11th Century stone bridge Ponte della Maddalena (Ponte del Diavolo) in Borgo a Mozzano.

Borgo a Mozzano

The art studio is located in the Medieval town of Borgo a Mozzano, Lucca. This historic area is also where you'll find
one of the great examples of Italian Romanesque architecture and engineering, the Ponte della Maddalena.
An exciting day of painting or drawing awaits at this famous Tuscan landmark of the Middle Ages.
