Lucca The beautiful city of Lucca provides Studio Borgo students with two days of art excursions.* |
On our first excursion day in Lucca, we will draw at the historic Palazzo Pfanner. Students will also have the opportunity to enjoy the architectural sites along the way for an incredible and unforgettable day.
| The second day in Lucca is for plein air painting (open air or outdoor painting) on top of the famous walls that surround the old city. Because of the natural light, fresh air and the feeling of being more connected with your subject, plein air painting is one of the most exciting and satisfying ways to work. Two great elements, historic architecture and natural beauty come together for exceptional landscape painting. | |
